CompTIA A+ Certification
We can help you prepare for a future career in the Information Technology (IT) field. Students may begin this free course at any time and certification tests are offered onsite. Check the class schedule for class times.
No experience? No problem. We start with basic computer skills development. Our beginning computer class meets twice a week, check our schedule for class times. Open lab/individual lessons are available by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org. Here are some online resources to help you develop your computer skills.
Once you've learned essential computer skills, you may begin training for the Microsoft Office Specialist Certificate. A Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certificate is earned when passing any three Certiport assessments.
After earning the MOS certificate, we will cover the curriculum that prepares students for the CompTIA A+ certification. This certificate will qualify students to work in the IT field as Tier 1 Helpdesk Support Professionals. There are also credit articulations with Minneapolis Community and Technical College and Century College for these classes.
