Falcon Heights Tax Abatement
The Falcon Heights Tax Abatement program can be used to help make projects viable. Property taxes are forgiven for a period of time to allow the project to cash flow or taxes could be captured and an up-front payment made by the political subdivision to help the project cover start up costs.
