Mounds View EDA New Business Commercial Loan Program

This loan program is for new start-up businesses located in Mounds View who have been in existence for five years or less. The intent is to improve the physical building inside and out including landscaping, signage, etc. A business must submit an application through the Center for Energy and Environment (CEE). A qualifying business may be eligible for up to $5000 per year for three years. A new application must be submitted each year.
