NCXT helps organizations engage people, drive change and create Our Best World. Since 45% of our waking actions come from habit, we implement our Action, Impact, and Measurement System to align people's daily actions with organizational goals. This alignment creates a clear connection between what people do and the impact they have on the organization.

What are some of the most significant ways that technology is impacting the future of work?

  • Working remotely is normal and will continue to change the shape of workplaces, the built environment, and management practices.
  • Automating work with AI is becoming a more accessible option to many more people, shifting the responsibilities and methods of workers.
  • Interacting with people, places and products through AR/VR, expanding the realms of business, consumerism, and work.

Where do you see the most opportunity for innovation to help businesses meet their workforce needs?

The workforce seeks purpose. Businesses can use data to get clear on how they deliver value to their customers, then streamline processes and job descriptions to be specific and value-aligned. Doing so creates purposeful job opportunities and more efficient operations.
