Information Specific to this Position: Strategically sources goods and services. Identifies and implements industry best practices and participates in Division programs, plans, and projects. Leads and manages buying and contracting projects including large scale commercial construction. Provides guidance, training, mentoring and direction to other staff members. Serves as liaison between the Procurement Division and internal and external customers. Resolves complaints from users, vendors, and the public. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, Supply Chain Management, Material Management, Accounting, or closely-related field and seven years of professional procurement experience.

Must possess and maintain a valid Minnesota Class D Driver's License, or equivalent out-of-state driver's license.
