We are currently searching for a talented Civil Engineer to join our team in Minnetonka, MN! This will be a hybrid position!
Your options as a civil engineer are endless at SEH. You’ll engineer better communities -- complete streets, safer sidewalks, more sustainable utilities, and trails and parks. Others specialize in large-scale projects, like flood control facilities, dams, landfills, harbors/marinas, structural retaining walls and larger geotechnical projects. Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in civil engineering Minimum of Four (4) years previous experience Professional Engineer in the State of Minnesota or the ability to obtain registration within 6 months Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D, ArcGIS and proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience serving as a design engineer or project manager for multiple city infrastructure projects Ability to develop new business opportunities and win project work Previous project management, design and construction administration experience of Civil/Municipal projects including site improvements, streets, drainage and utilities Experience in preparing project plans, specifications and bidding documents Previous experience in project proposal preparation and client service management Previous experience leading a staff of engineering professionals Ability to coach and mentor junior level technical staff and Graduate Engineers
