The Talent Resources team is responsible for advancing the talent management initiatives for the Museum. The TR intern will primarily focus on compiling interview questions into a bank, grouping by topics, and assigning a rubric to help mitigate bias during the interview process.

PAY: $15.75 per hour plus free parking or bus pass

SCHEDULE: Requires 120 hours during the internship session (10-12 hours per week). Some on-site hours required.

POSITION SUMMARY The exact duties and projects will be determined by mutual agreement of the intern and museum staff.

Create behavioral and competency-based interview questions bank. Review and analyze resumes for themes. Create recruitment templates for social media and job fairs. All duties will be carried out with the direction and supervision of Talent Resources.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education or experience in human resources, communications, or related field 1 year customer service experience
