SEH is currently searching for a talented Computer Support I to join our team!

The SEH Information Technology team is dedicated to providing top-level service to our internal clients and keeping our systems and data safe. Their scope includes direct customer service to employees, IT governance, infrastructure design and functionality as well as cyber-threat protection – this team ensures we have the systems and support needed to successfully execute our work across the company.

Responsibilities

What you will be doing:

Support end users in need of technical assistance Troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues Prioritize issues and work through support tickets

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 to 3 years previous experience in a computer support role or an associate's degree in Information Technology Ability to install, configure and troubleshoot a variety software and hardware issues Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and identify the cause of the issue as well as a potential resolution Desire and ability to provide professional, courteous and timely end user support Basic networking knowledge Strong proficiency with Windows 10 operating systems Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 Mobile device support

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with Autodesk applications Familiarity with PowerShell scripting Printer, copier and peripheral installation, support and maintenance Familiarity with Azure and or Azure AD Basic Windows Server Knowledge Windows 11 proficiency
