Responsibilities
Role Overview
The 3DE Implementation Coordinator role is focused on working directly with students and teachers to implement the 3DE instructional model with fidelity at designated schools. As a collaborative member of the 3DE team, you will work directly with teachers and the local 3DE implementation team to support the critical structures and systems of the 3DE model, including establishing effective PLCs and building student and teacher culture. Within this role, you will monitor student development through direct student contact and data review, collaboratively designing student experiences that allow them to work with external business professionals at the school and during company visits for capstone experiences. This role helps cultivate and develop student and teacher leaders, promoting an inclusive culture of engagement and achievement, and developing a strong foundation for success.

Qualifications
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Middle or High school classroom teaching experience, minimum of 5 years; comparable nonprofit experience with program/project management or change management training is also acceptable
Proven track record of successful relationship building and management with a variety of stakeholders
Strong organization and time management skills with a proven ability to juggle competing priorities
Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills. Must be able to adapt style based on the needs and perspectives of the intended audiences
Highly skilled in collaborating with a variety of stakeholders and leading through influence
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Google Suite, and E-learning technologies
