Job Overview
Coordinate with the Sales department on shipping timeframes to ensure timely and accurate shipping of customer orders using TCH local fleet.
Working Conditions
Office environment with extended periods of sitting, computer work and phone usage. Periodically in a warehouse environment is susceptible to temperature changes. Includes: twisting, sitting, bending, kneeling, squatting, push/pull. Lift 10-50 lbs regularly, 50-100 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities
- Schedule delivery drivers using intranet/ MBC Scheduler
- Assign routes based on delivery locations to ensure most efficient use of time
- Coordinate on time delivery when regular drivers are off work
- Assist with loading of trucks as needed
- Coordinate transfers with other TCH warehouses
- Work with Sales and Warehouse staff to correct order/ delivery issues
- Coordinate delivery on 3rd party jobs, scheduling Priority couriers, as needed
- Communicate with customer the day before each delivery to confirm details
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of intranet/MBC scheduler or similar scheduling software
- Intermediate knowledge of industry nomenclature, preferred
- Understanding of delivery truck loading capacity
- General math skills
- Good communication skills with all levels of company staff
- Experience with shipping/receiving processes
- Forklift certified or willingness to become certified
- Favorable results from a pre-employment drug screen and physical
