Hansen Thorp Pellinen Olson, Inc. (HTPO) has an exciting opportunity for a Civil Engineer with two+ years of experience to provide civil engineering design and drafting for a wide variety of projects. As a key member of our team, you will work on a broad mix of both public projects focused on roadways, utilities, facilities, trails, and parks as well as a full range of private development projects.

In a typical week you may: o Play a role in project design and coordination o Specific tasks that you may perform include design calculations, cost estimates, technical reports and plan preparation o Attend meetings and coordinate with project team members o Assist with surveying or inspection needs during seasonal fluctuations

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: o 2+ years of experience in a civil engineering design role o B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited University o Registration as an Engineer-In-Training (EIT) o Be self-motivated and able to work both individually and as a team member o Good communication, problem solving and organization skills o Working knowledge of English sufficient to read, write, speak and understand oral and written information, communicate with employees, clients/contractors and the general public o Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD Civil3d and/or Bentley OpenRoads)
