The Brand & Social Media Coordinator plays a pivotal role in building, defending, and expanding our internal/external brand through social media, product campaigns, tradeshows, and website, but not limited to these areas.

Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (additional duties may be assigned):
Develop visually appealing graphics Review/proof content and creatives for consistent voice and brand integrity Develop branded apparel, gifts, and giveaways for company events, tradeshows, etc. Maintain website, update galleries and pages - no coding necessary Coordinate and expand social media presence on Linkedin, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and others while monitoring social trends, relevant hashtags, etc. to build our audience Monitor all site and page comments and prepare responses Track, collate, and maintain inventory of all marketing, advertising, and promotional materials Maintain inventory of photo work, artwork, and film, and maintain marketing, literature, archive files, and sample files Visit jobsites and attend industry events, tradeshows and company outings to capture supporting photographs and videos Assist HR with recruitment campaigns

Preferred Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in advertising, fine art, design or relevant field Minimum of 3-5 year’s digital experience, particularly with, but not limited to web, social and emerging technologies Equivalent combination of education and experience listed above Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite products required (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.) Portfolio of previous print or digital work
