SEH is currently searching for a talented Graduate Water/Wastewater Engineer area to join our St. Paul, Minnesota team in a part-time, temporary capacity.

Responsibilities

What you will be doing:

Focus on the design and construction observation of water and wastewater treatment and conveyance engineering solutions Have the flexibility to become involved in a variety of water and wastewater treatment, water distribution systems, sanitary/storm sewer collection systems, lift stations, and specialty hydraulic structures. Partner with a team of talented engineering professionals to deliver solutions that positively impact communities

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering Zero (0) to Two (2) years of previous experience Coursework or experience related to water and wastewater treatment and conveyance Ability to travel as needed for team meetings, client consultations, on-site inspections/visits, etc.; occasional overnight travel will be required Must be okay with a temporary position working less than 25 hours per week

Preferred Qualifications:

Passed the FE/EIT exam Two (2) plus years of experience or previous internships in Water/Wastewater Engineering Previous experience or coursework in civil, chemical, environmental engineering including fluid mechanics, chemistry, heat transfer, unit process design, engineering economics, wastewater treatment, water treatment, construction principles Proficiency with BioWIN wastewater process modeling software Proficiency with hydraulic modeling including: Bentley WaterGEMS and Innovyze InfoWater Proficiency with design applications including: AutoCAD and Civil 3D
