Responsibilities
What you will be doing:
Update and maintain learning and development schedules and records Coordinate class logistics Research and manage external training vendors. Create curriculum for classes; live classes and on-demand Produce and/or facilitate classes.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
One (1) to Three (3) years of Learning and Development experience OR a minimum of Four (4) years of closely related professional experience Experience in training delivery, facilitation, development Administrative Coordination of schedules, trainings, vendors, etc.. Knowledge of adult learning theories and principles Use of Learning Technologies
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience maintaining a LMS. Technological aptitude and curiosity.
