Housing Stabilization Services Workers will:
- Assist individuals in locating and maintaining, safe, quality, and affordable housing.
- Create a culturally responsive assessment tool.
- Identify individuals' barriers to securing and maintaining housing.
- Create person-centered support plans to address barriers.
- Community outreach and training.
- Collaboration with housing programs, landlords, and apartment owners.
- Document services provided, collect data and report outcomes.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Qualified applicants must be 21 years of age or older.
- Have a valid Driver's License, proof of insurance and reliable transportation.
- A clear DHS background check.
- A High School Diploma, preferably an Associated Degree.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities and the elderly.
- Experience working with the Black/African American, Native American, African, Asian, and Latino communities.
- Knowledgeable about housing resources in the Twin Cities.
- Willing to complete Housing Stabilization Services training.
