Responsibilities
Position Summary Maintenance Specialists keep buildings and grounds clean and healthy according to safety standards.
Main Duties Among other duties, they (1) care for grounds and keep sidewalks and parking lots free of snow and litter; (2) perform general cleaning and upkeep; (3) move furniture, equipment, and fixtures; (4) repair or replace plumbing and electrical items; and (5) supervise or serve as a workplace mentor to students assigned to Facilities Maintenance
Qualifications
Job Requirements High school diploma or GED, one year of custodial experience and valid Minnesota driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
