Responsibilities
Job Tasks and Responsibilities Aspen Waste Systems’ Customer Service Representative/ Data Processing Specialists provide a variety of administrative support duties for the hauling operations. This position ensures superior customer service by promptly responding to inquiries from new and existing customers, making it easy and enjoyable for them to do business with Aspen, while also providing general administrative help in the office. The Customer Service Representative/Data Processing Specialist completes various business processes to support Aspen, including accurate and timely data entry, and customer account maintenance. Responsibilities include: • Answering inbound customer calls, transferring calls, and responding to customer inquiries • Manage all customer service request for Residential and Commercial customers • Anticipate and resolve service concerns before they become an issue • Accurate and timely data entry • Completion of other important business processes
