We have an excellent opportunity for dynamic and motivated individual who has a strong interest in technology and supporting our end users in need of technical assistance. We are looking for a self-starter who has the ability to take direction and provide top level service to our internal customers. This individual will be part of the SEH IT Support Team that handles internal client, IT related, support requests. Our ideal candidate will have the ability to independently troubleshoot a variety of computer hardware and software issues and provide resolutions in a friendly and timely manner.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years previous experience in a computer support role or an associate's degree in Information Technology Ability to install, configure and troubleshoot a variety software and hardware issues Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and identify the cause of the issue as well as a potential resolution Desire and ability to provide professional , courteous and timely end user support Basic networking knowledge Strong proficiency with Windows 10 operating systems Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with Autodesk applications Familiarity with PowerShell scripting Printer, copier and peripheral installation, support and maintenance Familiarity with Azure and or Azure AD Mobile device support
