We are looking for a highly creative, enthusiastic and motivated individual, interested in strengthening their videography skills while contributing to SEH’s overall video strategy. Specifically, the videographer intern is responsible for capturing videos that engage SEH target audiences. Primary job function will be filming; video types may include on-site interviews, culture videos, expertise showcases, case studies and short social videos
Assist marketing team with storyboarding, planning and video pre-production Work closely with video lead and digital designers to ensure footage consistency and overall video goals are met Participate in marketing brainstorming sessions; look for opportunities to support campaign strategy and social channel growth through the lens of a camera Other duties as assigned; includes asset management
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Working towards or have a Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Fine Arts, Graphic Arts, Graphic Design, Digital Design, Marketing or any major with video experience Knowledge of video filming techniques and video production (using a Sony A7III or similar camera), including best practices for lighting and audio capturing Must possess a valid Driver’s License and be able to provide own means of reliable transportation All candidates will need to present a solid portfolio of video work in order to be considered (post-secondary projects or real-world experience) Ability to travel ; some over nights may be required Conceptual thinker who has solid understanding of the creative process Excellent communication skills Must have ability and desire to facilitate interviews Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and self-motivation Ability to effectively meet deadlines, give and receive feedback, and work independently
Preferred Qualifications:
Drone experience and Part 107A license a bonus, but not required
