Hospitality Implementation Specialist

Location: Minneapolis

WHO YOU ARE: You are someone that enjoys interacting with customers and you have a hospitality background that you want to take advantage of but you no longer like the long weekends and late nights. You are someone that likes learning about new technology and you embrace new advancements as they come out on the market.

QUALIFICATIONS: • Experience within the restaurant, bar and/or hotel industry is a requirement • Experience as a manager who directly had access to the POS, reports, or database maintenance is preferred • Required to have an interest in learning complex technical solutions • Experience with Oracle Micros POS solutions or other Point of Sale systems is a plus • 2 year computer degree or equivalent software/networking experience preferred. • QIR certification within 12 months of being hired is something we prepare you for. • A valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance and a good driving record. • 25% Travel in Fun Locations like resorts, vacation hotspots, etc.

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUE: This position provides entry level POS software system services to our customers ensuring a positive customer experience. These services consist of consulting with sales, management, vendors, and customers to determine system functionality, software configuration, testing, documenting, training and managing all aspects of an assigned project. Implementation Specialists support the business and the customer and ensures the overall integrity of software applications.
