Village Green Landscapes is currently looking for amazing people to join our team as a Landscape Crew Member at our New Brighton, Brooklyn Park, and Shakopee locations.
Hiring immediately for full time hours during the spring and summer season. Possibility for full time year round employment, if you are interested in commercial snow removal in the winter months. Benefits eligibility with year round employment.
Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Landscape Crew Member L3
- Ability to perform tasks related to softscape install such as mulch, sod, and plant material installation
- Assists other crew members in hardscape installation
- Loading and unloading materials and equipment at job site
Landscape Crew Member: L2
- All of the above plus
- Ability to perform all tasks related to our landscape build and install projects, including retaining walls, patios, bed prep, planting, and mulch
- Demonstrates safe and proficient operation and maintenance of all equipment use for landscape projects
- Proficient in the use of various operating systems and technology to track and report jobs
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS Required for L3 and L2 High School diploma or equivalent Must be able to pass a pre- employment drug test
Required for L2 1+ years of landscape installation experience
Preferred for L3/L2 Valid driver’s license with clean driving record. Valid DOT card or ability to obtain one
