Cook/In-House Job Description

In-house employees will be the face of the store. Customers will be greeted warmly and genuinely, whether in person or on the phone. Their needs will come before any other task. They will be thanked for their business every time.
Utilizing best food safety practices, you will prepare all menu items and recipes to specification. You will prepare the kitchen for success for your fellow team members; and maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
In-house employees will strive to be efficient, accurate, timely, and personable, while having fun and being part of a great team.
