No longer the Ford site: Pulte Homes to build 320 row homes at ‘Highland Bridge’ in St. Paul

In St. Paul’s Highland Park neighborhood, the 122-acre site being developed by the Ryan Companies has a new name: Highland Bridge.
In December, following a decade of city planning, Ryan purchased the land that for a century was home to the Ford Motor Co.’s Twin Cities Assembly Plant, with the intent of redeveloping it into a pedestrian-friendly living community.
