Case Management
Learn how to provide comprehensive case management services to individuals who need support to move ahead. You will learn best practices for serving people with barriers and be introduced to the tools and knowledge needed to help advance your clients’ goals. The Case Management program prepares students for entry-level roles such as case manager assistant, client services coordinator, or human services support specialist. The skills gained are valuable in social services, workforce development, nonprofit organizations, and community-based programs, providing a strong foundation for career growth in helping professions.
