January 16 - February 29, 2024
4 days/week for 7 weeks, online Monday-Thursday 9:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
In-person two days (Minneapolis) and then online
TRAINING & CERTIFICATIONS INCLUDES:
NorthStar Digital Literacy certificates
Mental health/crisis training & certificate
Microsoft Office specialist certifications
National Retail Federation certificate
Healthcare systems medical terminology
Medical call center customer service skills
BENEFITS:
Average starting wage: $18 - $20/hour
Support including interview clothing, fuel, or bus cards.

REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma/GED
Subject to criminal background check
Low-income household eligibility
1 year of recent customer service experience
Minneapolis resident preference
Stipends available for Minneapolis residents
