Average Starting Wage: $18-$20/hr

Training & Certifications Includes:

• NorthStar Digital Literacy certificates
• Mental health/crisis training & certificate 
• Microsoft Office specialist certifications
• National Retail Federation certificate
• Healthcare systems medical terminology
• Medical call center customer service skills

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Subject to criminal background check
• Low-income household eligibility
• 1 year of recent customer service experience
• Minneapolis resident preference

Schedule:

May 12 - June 27, 2025
Hybrid (first 2 weeks in-person, remainder online)
4 days a week for 7 weeks (Monday-Thursday)
9:30 pm - 1:30 pm
