Q: Tell us about your company. How did it get started and what do you make?

A: Atlas Staffing is a Minnesota-based staffing agency that has been connecting people with employment opportunities since 1985. Today, we have 16 locations across the Twin Cities metro and surrounding areas. We connect job seekers with employers in manufacturing, warehouse and distribution, production, skilled trades, and office and clerical roles. We offer temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire opportunities, helping find the right fit for both job seekers and employers.

Q: What makes your product(s) unique or notable? 

A:What makes Atlas unique is our local, personal approach to staffing. With 16 locations and more than 40 years of experience, we understand the communities we serve and work closely with both job seekers and employers to find the right fit. We also offer a wide range of opportunities, from entry-level positions to skilled and professional roles.

Q: What do you enjoy most about being located in Ramsey County?

A: We enjoy being part of a diverse and growing community with a strong workforce. Being located in Ramsey County allows us to connect with people from many different backgrounds and help local businesses find the employees they need. We’re proud to be part of a community where we can build lasting relationships with both job seekers and employers.

A: We contribute to the local community by connecting people with employment opportunities and helping local businesses build their workforce. Our local offices provide support throughout the job search process, including helping people find opportunities that match their skills, experience, and goals. We also participate in community events and partner with local organizations to help connect more people with work.

A: Something people might be surprised to learn is just how many different types of opportunities we offer. While many people know Atlas for warehouse and manufacturing jobs, we also recruit for skilled trades, office and clerical positions, and professional roles. With 16 locations, there are opportunities available across a wide range of industries and experience levels.
