Responsibilities
Here's What You Can Expect to Do:
- Partner with departments and hiring managers to create and develop job postings and recruitment materials.
- Communicate and respond timely to routine applicant inquiries.
- Assist the team and departments with open houses, career fairs, and digital and print recruitment efforts, including handouts, job lists, and social media postings.
- Provide administrative support to the talent acquisition team.
- Track and maintain recruitment metrics for reporting purposes.
- Provide technical support to candidates and hiring managers using the applicant tracking system.
- For more information and essential functions, see our job description. Information Specific to this Position: This position is located at 25 West 4th Street, Annex Building. You will work a flexible (core hours are 8:00 to 4:30) hybrid schedule which requires designated days in the office, with Wednesday being a mandatory office day.
Qualifications
Position Requirements Four years of work experience performing duties related to Human Resources functions.
Note:
An Associate’s Degree can be substituted for two years of experience. A Bachelor’s Degree can be substituted for four years of experience. How to Apply How to Apply:
