Qualifications

EOTO is seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Direct Support Professionals to provide quality support to individuals with disabilities and mental health needs.

Available Shifts

Day/Evening Schedule

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Tuesday & Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Every Other Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Awake Overnight Schedule

• Wednesday, Thursday & Saturday: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Weekend Positions

• Every Weekend: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Every Other Weekend: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals served
• Assist with activities of daily living
• Support community integration and recreational activities
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and person-centered environment
• Follow individualized support plans and company policies

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a DHS background study
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities or mental health needs is a plus
