Housing Project Manager (Emergency Rental Assistance Program)
In this role, you will support community partners and Saint Paul residents by administering and improving access to affordable housing resources. The current opening focuses on coordinating the City’s Emergency Rental Assistance (ERA) program, helping ensure residents and landlords can navigate the program effectively and equitably.
Responsibilities

Here’s what you can expect to do:
- Review and approve ERA applications by analyzing complex eligibility documentation
- Provide direct support to residents and landlords, offering clear and timely guidance
- Ensure compliance by auditing files and applying federal, state, and local program requirements
- Coordinate outreach and engagement with community organizations and City partners
- Track program performance, budgets, and outcomes while supporting program improvements
Housing Project Manager (Multifamily Team)
- In this role, you will support multifamily development and real estate initiatives in Saint Paul.
Here’s what you can expect to do:
- Support funding proposals and loans for housing and real estate projects
- Build and manage relationships with developers, consultants, community partners and team members involved in project planning
- Coordinate project activities, timelines and deliverables across multiple stakeholders
- Gather information, tracking schedules and help analyze budgets and funding proposals
- Assist with contract administration
Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree in Urban Planning, Economics, Finance, Real Estate, Marketing, Communications, Public Administration, Business Administration, Management, or a closely-related field.
