•  This role is responsible for maintaining and repairing building systems, equipment, and security features, as well as supporting staff with facility needs.
•  Duties include operating and troubleshooting HVAC and building automation systems, overseeing security and fire safety systems,
• coordinating preventative maintenance and managing landscaping and grounds care. 
• You’ll also assist with meeting space setup and ensure common areas are clean and organized. 
• We’re looking for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable responding to after-hours emergencies when needed.
