The Impact You'll Make in this Role

  • As a(n) Point of Sale and Chargeback Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
  • Owning the operational relationship with assigned distributors, managing the end-to-end process for point-of-sale (POS) and chargeback accounts.
  • Implementing solutions with distributors to reduce errors, improve data quality, and prevent recurring issues in POS and chargeback submissions.
  • Mentoring and providing leadership to junior team members, sharing best practices and supporting their development.
  • Supporting the Quality Leader by investigating data issues and resolving Salesforce cases from business partners related to chargebacks and POS.
  • Demonstrating flexibility and willingness to be on-call during critical or constrained periods to support business continuity.

Qualifications

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution And Four (4) years of experience in point-of-sale (POS) managing relationships with key distributors, and chargebacks in a private, public, government or military environment

Or

  • High School Diploma/GED from And (8) eight years in point-of-sale (POS) managing relationships with key distributors, and chargebacks in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
    Five (5) or more years of experience working with SAP/Vistex, Salesforce cases, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint, including pivot tables and formulas
  • Existing knowledge of chargeback claims processing and order management systems
  • Demonstrated ability to drive end-to-end process improvements in the areas of chargebacks and point-of-sale data
  • Experience utilizing Lean methodologies; Green Belt training or certification
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to influence and partner across teams
