Owl Roofing is hiring for a combined Roofing Sales and Project Management role to support our growing residential roofing business in Ramsey County and the northeast Twin Cities metro.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with homeowners, values clear communication, and takes pride in seeing projects through from inspection to completion. You’ll guide customers through estimates, scheduling, and project updates while working closely with our in-house team and trusted roofing crews.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners for roof inspections and estimates
• Explain roofing options, pricing, and timelines clearly and honestly
• Manage projects from signed agreement through final cleanup
• Coordinate with crews, suppliers, and internal support
• Communicate proactively with customers before, during, and after the job
• Represent Owl Roofing with professionalism and care at every step

• Roofing, construction, or home services experience preferred but not required
