The primary role of this position is supporting accurate and efficient data entry and reporting in Change Inc.’s client relationship management (CRM) database and Electronic Health Record (EHR) database. This includes directly accessing and utilizing these tools as well as supporting program staff’s entry and reporting.

Responsibilities

Essential Responsibilities:

  1. Engages in data entry, management, and reporting using Change Inc.’s CRM and EHR
  2. Enters and accesses additional notes and data using funder portals
  3. Processes data for School Nutrition Program, including uploading necessary information into and pulling reports from Change Inc.’s CRM and school nutrition software and entering data into the MN Department of Education’s School Nutrition Program portal
  4. Communicates with and supports direct-service staff and other administrative team members to ensure complete and accurate data collection and entry
  5. Assists with training and process documentation
  6. Serves as backup to other data systems team members as requested

Qualifications

Qualifications/Skills:

  •  High School Diploma 
  •  Two or more years of experience with Client Track or similar CRM, MyEvolv or similar EHR, or equivalent education 
  •  One or more years of experience managing data within the MDE School Nutrition Program and CLiCS portal and SchoolCafe nutrition software, or equivalent experience 
  •  Demonstrated ability to engage interpersonally and professionally in a diverse cultural environment 
  •  High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software/systems 
  •  Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, attend to details, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment 
  •  Awareness of and willingness to learn about health, safety, and accessibility regulations 
  •  Proactive and self-motivated work style 
  •  Commitment to the mission and values of the organization 
  •  Able to pass criminal and sex offender background checks, after a conditional job offer
