Goff Public, an award-winning public relations and public affairs agency based in Saint Paul, seeks a proactive and personable Office Assistant/Receptionist to join our dynamic team.
As the first point of contact for guests, clients and vendors, you’ll play a key role in representing the company and supporting our team’s day-to-day operations. You’ll also help contribute to a vibrant team culture and office environment. This hourly 32-40 hour/week role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced team and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests, answer calls and prepare meeting spaces
- Serve as the primary liaison with building management, maintenance and parking services
- Manage inventories of office supplies, client materials and branded merchandise
- Assist with planning and logistics of company events
- Coordinate Goff team member and client attendance at events
- Maintain the company’s comprehensive list of contacts Support the CEO and COO with meeting scheduling and administrative tasks
Qualifications
2+ years in an office assistant, receptionist or administrative support role Experience in a professional services environment preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Comfortable using Microsoft Teams for communication and collaboration Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills Friendly, professional demeanor and team-oriented mindset
The anticipated pay range for this position is $20-$24/hour with an anticipated schedule of 32-40 hours per week.
