Position Summary We are seeking a skilled Dump Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will operate dump trucks at construction sites, ensuring the safe and efficient transport of materials. Our company is located in Shakopee, MN. This position is seasonal full-time with our typical Season running from April – November each year. Projects are primarily located in the Metro and South Metro areas & sites include both non-prevailing & prevailing wage scales.

Duties

• Operate dump truck for construction sites
• Transport materials such as dirt, gravel, and asphalt, millings to and from job sites
• Perform basic maintenance on vehicles, such as washing & greasing
• Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times
• Record daily logs

Wage $25-$28/hour base scale + $8.00/hour cash fringe paid on non-prevailing projects. The base scale is dependent upon work experience. Prevailing wage projects are paid per that project’s wage determination. Optional company benefits include medical, dental, vision, short- & long-term disability, life insurance, 401k, and Safe Harbor match.
