The duties of this position include, but are not limited to, working on highway/heavy construction projects primarily located in the northern metro area. This position requires working outdoors in all elements, as well as varying work hours depending on job scheduling and weather. This persons’ primarily roll will be operating various pieces of heavy equipment such as rollers, dozers, loaders, mini-backhoes, etc. The applicant hired will be required to join the local 49 operators union, if not currently a member.
Qualifications
Applicant Must be capable of getting along with, and working with fellow crew members. Applicants must be safety conscious in his/her surroundings on jobsites. We are a union company; this position will result in membership with the operator’s union
