Right Track is seeking passionate youth workers to support young individuals as Job Coaches for the Summer 2025 Internship Program.
This role assists with organizing, planning, and coordinating programs for participants and communities, including underserved populations. Job Coaches are responsible for training and supporting a cohort of interns, providing mentorship, assisting supervisors, developing performance plans, and implementing program evaluation processes. The role also includes participating in the set-up and operations of special events and enforcing Right Track’s rules, regulations, and procedures.

Responsibilities
Here’s what you can expect to do:
Support & Mentor Interns -Provide job coaching, mentorship, and professional development support to interns. -Facilitate training sessions and guide interns through workplace expectations. -Foster a sense of community and teamwork among interns through group discussions and team-building activities.
Engage with Employers & Worksite Supervisors -Serve as the primary liaison between interns, workplace supervisors, and the Right Track program. -Conduct regular site visits to meet with interns and supervisors, addressing any concerns. -Collaborate with supervisors to develop action plans for interns needing additional support.
Monitor & Track Program Success -Track and document program engagement, including intern performance and worksite updates. -Coordinate and complete program evaluations to assess effectiveness. -Maintain accurate records using Excel spreadsheets and other tracking applications.
Facilitate Communication & Program Operations -Regularly communicate with interns and employers via email, phone, and text. -Assist in organizing, planning, and executing special events for interns and the community. -Enforce program policies and expectations to ensure a structured and professional experience.

Qualifications
Two years of experience working with youth and/or community residents with diverse backgrounds, including experience implementing recreational, educational, or social programming for youth and community members.
Must possess and maintain a valid Minnesota Class D Driver's License or equivalent out of state driver's license.
