Enjoy two days of music with 20 artists on two stages, all under the cottonwoods along the Mississippi River.
Responsibilities
We're Looking for Guest Services Crew Members!
Our Guest Services Team plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and smoothly run festival. We're seeking dedicated, friendly individuals to support a wide range of services and engage with our attendees. Join us and contribute to:
Internal Guest Services
Responsibilities include: Guest Services / Accessibility Center: Handle Lost & Found, provide event information, assist with Family Services, oversee the Tag-A-Kid program, and manage Accessibility Center Services. Rock & Recycle: Support sustainability initiatives.
Gate Operations
As the first and last impression of the festival, you'll greet attendees, manage crowd flow, and provide entry and exit support.
Accessibility Platforms
Facilitate accessibility accommodations to ensure all guests have equal access to enjoy the event.
SafeFest Team
Serve as a harm reduction and preventative initiative, ensuring the safety and well-being of attendees.
Backup Team
Provide support during peak times or unexpected situations to maintain high service levels.
Festival Day Shifts: 11:30 AM - 11:00 PM
Compensation & Training:
Compensation: $16/hour Perks: Meals during shifts, festival-branded uniform t-shirt, and the unique experience of being part of a major music festival. Training: Online Training: July 15th, 6-7 PM CT On-site Training: July 18th, 5-7 PM CT

- Event Invite: Look for invites via Lasso about 45 days before the event.
- Apply for Shifts: Only apply for shifts you are available to work.
- Confirm Shifts: Confirm your shifts via LASSO.
- Payroll Process: Complete onboarding with Collective Payroll.
- Locking into the Schedule: Confirm shifts and complete payroll paperwork.
A short phone interview may be required. If selected, our staffing coordinator will contact you to schedule the interview.
Note: This is not an official offer of employment. All employment paperwork for MYC will be processed through Collective Payroll. Registration with Lasso does not guarantee job placement.
