Responsibilities
General Responsibilities Include: • Lead, manage and hold employees accountable reinforcing the company’s Values, Vision, Culture and established policies and procedures • Ensuring Branch Operations meet the company’s standards • Positions are properly staffed, working effectively as a team with all personnel being a focal point for questions or concerns • Support EOS Process, attending department L-10 meetings and embracing the manager tools. Attendance of quarterly Branch Operations meetings required • Maintain effective working relationships with customers, vendors, and others related to the company • Manage strategic projects and implement in conjunction with the Leadership Team • Support safety practices across all locations, ensuring employees complete required safety trainings and inspections and all regulatory compliance is maintained
Qualifications
Education, Experience and Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in Business or other related field; Master’s degree is a plus • Ideal candidates should possess 5 years management experience, additional industry experience desired • Strong understanding of business acumen and general understanding of ERP systems • Strong communication, organization and time management skills. • Skilled in Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) • High emotional intelligence and ability to lead diverse teams • Strong problem solving, project management and creative resourcefulness. • Self starter, independent worker and thinker • Ability to think and operate objectively in order to do the right thing.
