The 3DE Case Experience Coordinator (internal - Director, Case Experience) acts as the case expert on the ground in our schools to bridge the business and education sectors and maximize student and teacher engagement and excitement around project-based learning and case-methodology.

Salary Range: $85,000-$95,000; commensurate with experience

Responsibilities

Role Overview

As the 3DE Case Experience Coordinator, your role involves close collaboration with teachers and students to create tailored and high-quality case launch experiences, with consideration of the unique structures and needs of each classroom and case, while maintaining productive relationships and utilizing data for continuous feedback and discussion on student competency development. Working closely with 3DE Launch Teachers, you will scope and assess lessons for rigor, pacing, and competency proficiency, model instructional strategies such as case-method or project-based learning to enhance student engagement and understanding, and work together to ensure clarity in learning objectives and student preparedness. You will also work to motivate 3DE Launch Teachers to lead cohorts, earn certification, and integrate collaborative practices, aiming for the status of Master Educator.

Qualifications

Requirements

Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred

Middle or High school classroom teaching experience, minimum of 5 years; comparable nonprofit experience as a trainer or program coordinator/manager is also acceptable

Instructional support or differentiation experience

Strong understanding of Case-Method or Project-Based Learning instructional practices

Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills

Proven track record of successful relationship building and management with a variety of stakeholders

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Google Suite, and E-learning technologies
