As a Repair Technician, you will work closely with other departments, while representing Warners' Stellian out in the field at customer’s homes in a professional manner to repair appliances. You'll get to see the city, work with your hands, & work in a different environment every day!
With Warners' Stellian being a family owned company, Repair Technicians are a crucial position. In this role, you will work with different departments, and work with customers ensuring that we are providing the best customer service. You will travel across the twin cities, troubleshooting and repairing appliances in customers homes, giving you a new environment to work in every day. You'll use your mechanical knowledge and continuously expand your skill set by working with over 50+ brands of appliances.

Responsibilities
-Repairing appliances at customers residences -Keep company vehicle stocked and clean -Maintain communication with supervisor and CSD staff -Have proper documentation of all work orders -Maintain a professional appearance -Ability to communicate professionally with vendors and customers including handling payments -Maintain and be responsible for all tools (training and work tools are provided)
Qualifications
-Professionalism on phone and in person with customers -Able to operate a vehicle -Able to communicate professionally -Understanding of product and parts -Understanding of WS policies and procedures for communicating with customers and vendors -Appliance Repair Certification (paid training to obtain certification) -2 years experience in technical role is desired but not required -Drivers License -Heavy Lifting (Lift up to 600 lbs with a dolly) -Able to pass a DOT physical -Physically Fit -Overtime as required -Will agree to follow standard operating procedures and abide by policies set forth by company
