Schedules and Pay: • 1st shift: $20.52/hour working 6:00 am-3:30 pm, Monday-Friday

Responsibilities
Production Line Duties: • Performs basic duties of packing and palletizing of products at the speed of the production line. Takes cases to the end of the production line to be palletized. • Packs appropriate cartons into cases and shipping containers with the correct amount of product, while pushing them through the taping machine and stacking them on pallets. • Marks and assembles cases as needed for production. • Set up for the next day’s production. • Trains to catch and dump candy, mix ingredients, etc. • Performs general labor duties throughout the factory involving repetitive lifting, stacking, carrying, and dumping of heavy containers, cases, etc. • Wears appropriate protective equipment while performing duties, including hair nets, smocks, and steel toed shoes. • Ensures workspace location is cleaned up prior to the end of scheduled shift.
Qualifications
What kind of experience do you need to succeed? • High school education or equivalent. • Experience in a manufacturing facility, preferably high-speed production line operations. • Ability to lift 65 pounds. • To perform duties requiring standing, stooping, bending, pushing, and pulling, reaching, and grabbing on a continuous basis throughout the day. • To operate a pallet jack and pushing and pulling 2000 pounds
