Capitol View has an opportunity for a full-time Health Unit Coordinator (HUC) to join our team! As a Health Unit Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Greeting and assisting visitors, families and patients
- Answering the phone, transferring calls accordingly and taking messages if needed
- Entering orders into the electronic medical record
- Making patient medical appointments
- Scheduling transportation as needed
- Completing lab / x-ray / MRI / CT requests
- Putting together admissions packets
- Admitting and discharging patients from the electronic medical record (EPIC)

Work schedule: Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. No holidays or weekends.
