Job Description:
The 340B Program Specialist performs program audits and evaluates 340B eligibility to ensure compliance with HRSA and OPA regulations. The Specialist assists the analyst in system maintenance to ensure NDC integrity between purchasing, billing, and split billing software, and provide reports for 340B oversight activities.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Three years of pharmacy operations experience as a pharmacy technician or in pharmacy purchasing or inventory management.
- Registered as a pharmacy technician with the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy.
- Current Pharmacy Technician certification through either the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board or National Health Career Association.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or health-related field.
- Experience with 340B program regulatory and billing/coding compliance.
- Experience in reviewing data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.
- Experience in business, analytics, or auditing.
- 340B University Certificate.
