
The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for creating, planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring social media strategies for preferred clients in Roseville, Minnesota. These efforts will be to increase brand awareness, community engagement, and increase the online presence of clients. The Social Media Specialist will also be responsible for setting up the appropriate social media sites (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and will create organic social media content. The Social Media Specialist will ensure that the client pages are able to be found on review sites such as Google My Business and Yelp. Must be located within 30 minutes of Roseville, Minnesota. *This is a remote position, but will need to travel to Roseville at least once a week to meet with local businesses.

Create successful business social media accounts and Google My Business listings Develop, implement and manage social media strategy Define most important social media KPIs Manage and oversee social media content Measure the success of every social media campaign using analytics Report on campaign progress Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies Create scheduled social media and organic social media content, reply to comments on social media pages Find opportunities for social media promotion and act on them Create social media banners, graphics, gifs, etc. Interact with clients and provide good customer service Keep documents and campaign materials organized in Google Drive
Qualifications
