LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (LDP)
The Leadership Development Program (LDP) is designed for high potential leaders who desire to own their own business.
The LDP is intentionally designed to first teach a leader how to lead themselves, and then how to lead others effectively.
The LDP includes self-assessment tools, required reading, 1-on-1 mentorship and
coaching from the store Owner/Operator, team collaboration with a leadership team, personal growth online learning platform, and high levels of autonomy and empowerment within specific areas of the business.
The end-goal of the LDP is to prepare an individual to reach his/her highest potential as a leader and/or business owner.
Qualifications
College degree or in last year of college
• 2 years of proven leadership experience (business, athletics, clubs, ministry, etc.)
• Self-directed and driven leader with mindset of continuous improvement
• Go-getter with the ability to think and problem solve
• Willingness and humility to serve others first
• Strong Communicator (ability to motivate and lead team members)
• Attention to detail
• Determination
• Flexible
