Responsibilities
JOB DUTIES
Work directly with an assigned Sales/Project Manager to produce proposals to potential customers, along with a team of Estimators to review each other's work Complete job site walks on a needed basis Organize and produce quote requests for material suppliers Detail material quantities for order after the project is awarded Produce shop drawings and material submittals Manage estimating process from request for proposal to internal review of completed proposals Generate estimates for Prefinish, Millwork and Finish Carpentry Analyze blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare labor and/or material estimates of products
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
Estimating experience is a plus Construction knowledge preferred Valid driver's license
