Regional Growth Program CEO Next Business Institute seeks second-stage business leaders

The CEO Next Business Institute is now accepting applications for its upcoming cohort. This no-cost program is designed for second-stage business owners, those who have moved beyond the startup phase and are looking to scale.

Eligible businesses typically have between 10 and 99 employees and generate $1 million to $50 million in annual revenue.

CEO Next offers more than just strategic support, it creates a powerful environment for growth-minded business owners.

As part of the program, participants engage in the CEO Speaker Forum, where experienced entrepreneurs share firsthand insights on overcoming the challenges of scaling a business. Owners also benefit from confidential peer-to-peer learning. To further support business expansion, each participant receives up to 30 hours of advanced technical research tailored to help them grow regionally or nationally.

The program is made possible through a partnership between Ramsey, Hennepin, Dakota, and Scott counties and the city of Saint Paul. CEO Next has helped hundreds of business leaders across the region accelerate growth, create jobs and expand their reach. Applications are now open, and sessions begin this fall.
