
White Bear Lake Seeks Private Developer for Prime Vacant Site

The City of White Bear Lake/ White Bear Lake Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) is seeking proposals for private development on a city-owned parcel located at 1755 Highway 96.
The 0.82-acre site (approximately 35,700 square feet) is currently vacant and situated in a well-established single-family neighborhood, with access points from both Highway 96 and Eugene Street. The city wants to maximize the value and use of the property for a high-quality development.
Proposals are due by 4:30 p.m. on May 30, 2025.
