Minnesota Brownfields Emerging Developers Workshop set for October 9

Minnesota Brownfields will host its annual Emerging Developers Workshop on Thursday, Oct. 9, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Westwood Hills Nature Center in St. Louis Park.
This year’s free session, supported by a grant from the Opus Foundation, will highlight financing strategies for brownfield projects. Attendees will hear from local and state government experts and a panel of private lenders, land banks and representatives from the Small Business Administration.
